SFC Arrangement in May Day Holiday

  Since the May Day is on the corner, SFC wishes you a happy May Day!

  Our departments arrangement is as follows:

  1. Customer service department:

  1 May to 2 May, all on holiday.
  From 3 May, all customer service staff back to work as normal.

  2. Financial department:

  30 April to 2 May, all on holiday.
  From 3 May, back to work as normal.

  Kindly remind: 30 April to 2 May cannot top up into SFC account manually, please do not pay to our Paypal account, HSBC account and merchants bank account, please top-up enough balance in advance. Paypal and 99Bill online top up function will run normally.

  3. Shenzhen package processing center/Huaqiang north department/Longhua Minzhi department/Guangzhou branch:

  30 April to 1 May, all on holiday.
  From 2 May, back to work as normal.

  4. Shanghai/Yiwu branch:
  1 May to 2 May, all on holiday.
  From 3 May, back to work as normal.
