• Dear Customer,

  We have launched Hong Kong Fedex Economy express service(HKSFEDEX), compared to other shipping service, it is more cost-effective, faster, general delivery time 4-6 working days, also a more appropriate choice send to high-valued, require fast-delivered packages.

  Please pay more attention to following matters:

  1. Delivery scope:
  The United States, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, macau, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Austria, Belgium, bonaire, libraries, wax rope (Netherlands Antilles), France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Spain, st. Especially, xie, Britain, Denmark, faroe islands, the Vatican, Finland, Greenland, Norway, Sweden, Andorra, Gibraltar, Greece, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Malta, Portugal, Switzerland and other countries.

  2. The weight limit:
  The parcel weight limit 68KG, the actual weight exceed 300KG must make appointment in advance to customer service department.

  3. Dimension limit:
  The longest side can not exceed 274cm, perimeter(length + 2*width + 2*height)<330CM.

  4. Charge mode:
  Charged by the heavier one,compared the actual weight and volume weight, volume weight caculation formula: length*width*height/5000.

  5. The return service:
  Parcel will be returned, abandoned or destoryed,we will informed to you provide the suggestion within 5 business days, expired date will be regarded as destoryed, also the sender must be responsible to bear all the cost.

  6. Duty related:
  a. Any duty or custom clearance handling fee will be charged from the receiver, if the receiver refused or failed to contact, the cost will pass on to the sender to be paid.
  b. The sender can choose prepaid duty, charge mode: on the basis of actual duty fee plus 2.5% handling fee,the minimum handling fee RMB120.
  c. FBA order must prepaid duty, it will be charged RMB120 handling fee per order in advance.

  7. The sender will be charged if require to change address when in transit:
  Charging standard:RMB84 per order.

  8. Remote area fee:
  Remote area surcharge: RMB4/ KG,the minimum charge 180 * (1 + month fuel rates) /order, it's valid to charge within three months.

  9. The third receiver surcharge:
  The charging standard RMB70 per order.

  10. Specify the clearance agent:
  The charging standard RMB70 per order or RMB9/KG, based on the higher amount.

  11. Saturday delivery surcharge:
  The charging standard RMB107 per order.

  12. Private residential area surcharge:
  Delivery to USA and Canada, small package will be charged RMB24 per order, one package equal or exceed 68KG or one order equal or over 300KG will be charged RMB761.in addition, if charged remote area fee,this cost will not be double charged.
