• Dear customer:

           We SFC will launch the Russian line ordinary(SFCQMRU) and registered(SFCQMRUR) service tomorrow, this service is a international postal service which developed by SFC and China Post which specially opened for parcels to Russia, the characteristics fast，safe，timely delivery rate and excellent customs clearance, can delivery in 7-20 business days, cost-effective, is the first choice for customers send parcels to Russia.

  Notes:

  1. The scope of delivery: the whole territory of Russia. (Russian Post parcel delivery has a slightly difference with developed country, normally when the parcels arrive the post office, the post office is not responsible for the delivery only inform the recipient to pick up, so delivery time 7-20 days refers to the time parcels arrive in local post office.)

  2. The weight limit: each parcel less than 2KG;

  3. Size limit: Length <60CM, length + width + height <90CM; Length ≥14CM, width ≥9CM;

  4. The declared value limit: the value of each parcel should not less than 200 EUR;

  5. Tracking and tracing: http://intmail.183.com.cn, also can be tracked in the SFC official website (www.sfcservice.com);

  6. Packing: each parcel must be attached the declaration, the declaration can be printed in the system;

  7. Return service: cannot arrange transport, but can arrange return to China;

  8. Do not accept any product with battery (except watches), can send the product made ​​with metal (motor or copper metal products cannot send), other special products please consult the SFC customer service;

  9. Compensation according to the declared value, but the maximum amount of compensation should not exceed double freight, not include registration fee.
