          As advised by the postal administration of Morocco, all mail delivery services (including Speedpost) are subject to delay during the public holidays from 28 to 30 July 2014. All services will be resumed on 31 July 2014.
   
         Netherlands
   
         Torrential rain caused severe flooding in the western Netherlands.Flooded roads have been reported from Zeeland to North Holland.The motorway A10 near Amsterdam is closed.
   
        Switzerland and Germany
   
        Switzerland and Germany were hit by new storms which led to severe floodings and road closures.
