Notification for the order information requirements of CNAM and CNRAM

Dear customers,
Informed by the China Post, from now on, parcels send to Russia through CNAM and CNRAM need to fill the recipient information as follows, otherwise it will cause the mail clearance delays or detained by destination customs for 2-3 months and returned to sender.
(A) State, city and contact number must fill in.
(B) The goods description and declared value need to be filled in truly and correctly.
(C) The recipient name, address and relevant information need to be filled in English.Please note these and thanks for your always support!
