Notification of HKDHL Newest Requirements for Package Sent to Lebanon, Canada and Paraguay

  The latest notice from HKDHL, from now on, the package sent to Lebanon, Canada and Paraguay should be processed according to the latest requirements, the details are as follows:
   
  1. The packages sent to Lebanon must provide the original commercial invoice
   
  The goods sent to Lebanon must provide the original and detailed commercial invoice, not the proforma invoice; the Specific requirements are as follows:
   
  1) The customer must provide the original commercial invoice, don't accept the copy of invoice. It must be printed originally, don't accept photocopying and scanning. If possible, must be signed and stamped with company name, and it is much better if the invoice have the name of company. (Declaration of the goods worth more than 1000 dollars, in addition to attach original commercial invoice, it also requires the official clearance).
   
  2) Do not accept the proforma invoice
  3) The invoice can't be handwritten.
  4) The Invoice must have detailed individual commodity, provide unit price and the clear description of the items.
  5) The original commercial invoice must be attached with the goods.
   
  2. All the packages send to Canada can not accept the service to change the tariff of payment method.
   
  Once the packages were picked up by DHL to Canada, we will not accept to change the tariff of payment method any more. Please ensure who concerned will responsible for this tariff before dispatch. If it's paid by sender, it should be listed on Packing list, Waybill and Invoice clearly. On the contrary, if charged from recipient, then should to ensure the recipient will be paid .otherwise can not be accept change the tariff prepaid. Also the package will be returned or destroyed due to the recipient refused to pay this tariff. All the expense produced will be charged from sender
   
  3. The weight limit of the packages sent to Paraguay
   
  Based on the transfer request, the goods sent to Paraguay have the operation change as follows until further notice:
   
  The weight limit for single piece package is 25KG (volume weight or actual weight), If the goods exceed the weight limit, it maybe be returned when transfer. And the shipping charges will be borne by the sender.
