The notification about goods deceleration requirement of HKDHL/DHLHKW

• Dear valued customer,

  Please kindly note we got the notice from Hongkong DHL, from now on, our HKDHL and DHLHKW have below adjustment.

  1. For the parcel send to UD/Austria/Belgium/Austrila/Canada/America, Please declare it as real.The minimum declaration for a single parcel shall not be less than USD10 and not less than USD5/KG per kilogram.

  2. If seller making a low declaration of parcel, the local customs authorities will be highly concerned about and suppressed, the goods are more likely to be indefinitely detained, seriously affecting the consequences of delivery. If there are any additional costs, such as fines, returns, destruction and warehouse rent, all costs and consequences will be borne by the sender.
