Notice on the change of surcharges for high-risk areas and restricted destinations in Hong Kong DHL (Shipping methods: HKDHL1 / DHLHKW)

Dear Value customers:
Hello!
According to the carrier's notice, since August 25, 2018, the surcharge price for sending to high-risk area by Hong Kong DHL (HKDHL1 / DHLHKW) changed to RMB180* fuel/ticket (addition for all goods) , and the surcharge for limited destinations changed to RMB270/ticket (addition for all goods).
Countries in high-risk areas including: Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Niger, South Sudan, Syria, Yemen, and the abolition of Burundi (BI).
Countries with limited destinations including: Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Côte d'Ivoire (CI), Liberia (LR).
