Execution of Customs Regulation on HKDHL Consignment to Ecuador

• As advised by HKDHL, from 13 January 2011, Ecuador customs will execute new customs regulation as follows :
  1. All the package delivery to Ecuador must be enclosed with original commerce invoice, proforma invoice or other  invoice is unavailable. Inaccurate information will lead to delay of at least 8 days, and impose fines(10% CIF), even be distrained by customs;
  2. Any wrong waybill will lead to penalty of $1320 per waybill and $130 per bill of lading.
  To make your goods delivery smooth, please make sure your information complete and accurate. Commerce invoice should include the following information:
  1) Mark of shipper
  2) Commerce invoice number
  3) Issue day
  4) Shipper and consignee complete information(name, address)
  5) Country of origin and brand
  6) Fully introduction of every item and harmonized codes
  7) Content
  8) Quantity
  9) FOB price
  10) Weight
  11) Model
