The Notification about
Regulation on FedEx Returned or Destroyed Package

• As advised by FedEx, from 24 January 2011, if there is something wrong about your consigned package on the way, you need to return or destroy your package, please fill in a return or destroy application according to the following attachment template, then scan or fax your signature confirmation to SFC. Besides, any returned or destroyed fee occurred will be undertaken by yourself.

                      (2) Return  Application Template
