Overstocked Parcel Disposal via CNRAM and CNAM

As advised by Shenzhen Post, due to limited international flight space and bad weather in European and USA regions, parts of registered mail to many countries and regions such as European, USA, Japan, etc will be overstocked in Hongkong. Shenzhen Post returned some international registered mail before 10 January 2011, others were still delivered to destination countries. However, as European and Northern America suffer heavy snowfall, Australia suffers a big flooding, the mailing sent again will be subject to delay.
