The Notification about
FedEx Service Surcharge and Consignment Matters Need Attention

• From 14 January 2011, when you consign your packages via CNFEDEX, please pay attention to the following contents :
  1. FedEx service surcharge
  1) Address change fee: 40 yuan per occurence;
  2) Delivery out-of-scope fee: 70 yuan/order or 3.5 yuan/kg (take the valuer between two);
  3) Residence consignment surcharge: it will be imposed on international express residence consignment of all delivery to USA or Canada. This surcharge imposed includes from APAC to USA, from APAC to Canada. Charged rates: 20 yuan per order;
  4) High consignment value declarance surcharge: items declared value outweigh 830 yuan that will be imposed, imposed rate is 3.5 yuan, every 830 yuan extra charges 3.5 yuan.

  2. Matters need attention
  1) When you consign your documents via FedEx, your documents declared value can't exceed 5 dollar;
  2) The ultimate declared value can't exceed 50000 dollar;
  3) Valuable items, eg: artwork, antique, glassware, jewelry, precious metals, fur and so on, can't exceed 100 dollar or 20 dollar/kg(take the valuer one among all);
  4) FedEx packages' weight restriction:
  4.1 One order with many pieces(every piece can't outweigh 68kg among all), total weight of single order can't outweigh 300kg, if yours outweighs 300kg, please reserve in advance;
  4.2 If your single piece or one order with many pieces outweighs 68kg, please reserve in advance;
  4.3 FedEx volume restriction: the longest length can't exceed 274 cm, longest length plus twice of other two length can't exceed 330 cm.
  5) Items in packages delivery to Russia can't exceed 3 piece. If not, your packages will return and generate high refund.
