HKDHL Impose Overall Surcharge for Oversized or Outweight Packages

As advised by HKDHL, HKDHL will impose overall surcharge for the oversized or outweight packages from 1 January 2011. According to HKDHL's new policy, the length exceeds 120cm or individual piece outweighs 70kg will be imposed surcharge, the surcharge rate is 200 HKD per waybill.
The caculation of surcharge is as follow:
1) One order, no matter how many pieces, if one or many pieces exceed 120cm or outweigh 70kg, HKDHL will charge HKD200.
2) One order,no matter how many pieces, if one length exceeds 120cm and another outweighs 70kg, HKDHL will charge HKD200. That is to say, one order will charge HKD200 at most, and needn't calculate the fuel surcharge.Please kindly be aware of this, thank you for your kind cooperation.
