As advised by HKDHL, as many customers' undervalued declaration lead to many serious warning to DHL from customs of many destination countries, HKDHL will intend to make an appraisal of DHL packages' actual value and declared value. Hence, the time for tracking on line or transits will be subject to delay of 1-2 working days. To make your delivery smooth, please fill in the declared value reasonably when consigning your packages.
