Matters Need Attention for EMS Packages Delivery

• As advised by Shenzhen Post, the relevant supervisory department intensifies the inspection of all Shenzhen export EMS packages. Matters need to be attentive, please do not deliver any suspected infringement, counterfeit or other forbidden packages, or else your packages will be detented; Meanwhile, the physical entities inside must be consistent to the declared information in the detail bill, any inconsistancy will lead to be sent back.
  To make your delivery go on well, here we repete the requirements: any consignment should be tallied with "The Postal Law of The Peoples Republic of China" and relevant national laws and regulations. If the loss caused by your violation of consigning forbidden or restricted goods, you should assume the responsibility. To make your delivery smooth, please be aware of the following items when you fill in the EMS detail bill:
  1. The recipient's name and address should be writen in English or the languages acknowledged by the destination country;
  2. CN22 customs declaration should precisely declare the name, price and numbers of goods inside, meanwhile use the  languages acknowledged by the destination country or chinese to fill in the goods' information. If the package consist of many goods or single multifunctional goods, please fill the main goods' name and main function, do not use the ambiguous words such as "Gift, Electronic" to declare;
  3. The mainly attentive information for the inspection customs on spot and customs at the port are: whether the declared name information(chinese) is concert with the physical entity , whether the numbers of declared goods inside are concert with the actual numbers and whether the declared value are reasonable.
  
  Attachment: forbidden or restricted items list
  1. Various dangerous explosive, flammable, corrosive, poisonous, strong acidic and alkalic, radioactive articles. For example: detonator, powder,firecracker, gasoline, alcohol, kerosene, tung oil, Chinese lacquer, match, pesticide;
  2. Anesthetics and psychotropic drugs, For example: opium, morphine, cocaine;
  3. The articles mandatory prohibited circulation or delivery. For example: ammunition, national or foreign currencies;
  4. Perishable foods, such as the fish and meat;
  5. Articles are hinderance to public health. For example: skeleton (including ashes of a cremated body), untanned animal skin, animal bones without medicine treated;
  6. The reactionary newspapers, books, propaganda materials, obscene or indecent articles;
  7. Various live animals (but not restricted to the bee, leech, silkworm and parasites sealed firmly and certificate  issued by medicine health scientific research institutions or the insects to kill the pests);
  In addition to the above regulation, the  range  of  international express forbidden and restricted delivery, should also be in accordance with the"the supervisory method of customs of  the People's Republic of China to the individual mailing articles delivery to Hong Kong, Macao", relevant national forbidden and restricted articles' delivery regulations, each destination country (region) postal forbidden and restricted import goods.
