Notice on the shiping service to Japan FBA (JPFBA) by using customer’s own importer's identity operation requirements

  Hello!

  From now on, when using the Japanese FBA line (JPFBA), if the customer uses their own importers, please pay attention to the following 2 points:

  1, the customs clearance information on the invoice must be filled in the detailed information;

  2, the forecast mail to sfcfba(sfcfba@sfcservice.com) needs to indicate that this order is used by their own importers to clear the customs.

  Customers are requested to fill in the invoice and email with the information in accordance with the above requirements to avoid the using cost of the importer's identity due to missing information.
