• Dear Value customers:

  Hello!

  According to carrier, the Customs has recently detained the prohibited products including knives, guns, nunchakus, etc. Therefore, we reiterated that those local banned products is strictly forbidden to be sent.

  Canadian Line (CAEXP) shipping requirements:

  1. The seller must truthfully and accurately declare the goods in each package (refer to the description of the goods on the e-commerce website and provide the corresponding product description content).

  - Just describe the category and can't tell the specific product information. The customs will reject it, such as:

  a. Dog supplies

  b. outdoor sports

  c. accessory

  - In addition to providing product information, some products require further details of the item, including but not limited to:

  a. Clothes: Need to be specifically expressed as tops, pants, or suits, and increase the composition of the product. Such as: Men’s T shirts 55% cotton / 45% rayon).

  b. Shoes: Need to increase the applicable population, such as Men’s shoes, baby’s shoes or women’s shoes.

  2. Be sure to fill in the real commodity transaction value as the declared value.

  3. If the Canadian Customs doubt its value, the buyer or seller should issue a proof of transaction value, such as: Papal, credit card, receipt, mail and other settlement records.

  Customers are requested to fill in the shipping information in accordance with the above requirements, and cannot report, ambiguously declare or understate. If the application is wrong (whether due to the description of the product name or the value declaration), the customs will impose a fine, which will be borne by the shipper.
