  Roymail Royal Mail informed that its system had added a free add-on service to the end of delivery lately, requiring provide recipient phone telephone and email address,for the following purposes:

  1. When the package is ready to be delivered (the web site shows that the ready for delivery), system automatically sends an email or text message to the recipient, telling the recipient that the package is ready to be delivered. After the delivery successfully (the Web site shows the delivered), system will inform the recipient by mail or text message that the delivery has been confirmed, or that it has been confirmed to be delivered to a safe place or to a neighbor, or front desk, etc.

  2. When the package delivery failed (the web site shows that the attempted delivery), system automatically emailed or texted the recipient to wait to receive it or redeliver it again.

  In order to make the terminal delivery more humanized, and to protect the interests of both parties from loss, please fill in the email address and telephone number of the addressee in our system, so that we can understand the dynamic of the package at any time.
