The notification of language replacement of the city names of South Korea and Japan by EEXPHKW

  From now on, if the customers fill in the city information with the minority languages by EEXPHKW shipping to South Korea and Japan, our system would submit the city as English version instead of the minority languages based on the zip code to make the correspondence(but just supporting the batch uploading orders and interface orders).
