Hello!
In order to improve the customers experience and optimize the delivery time and performance of Special Line to Germany -DEEXP, the carrier requests the recipient's email address is a required field. This function has been online since early this morning. If no recipient's email address, system can't generate the tracking number and shipping label. Please add the recipient's mailbox in our system timely to avoid affecting the processing time.
