The fuel oil surcharge of some service will be adjusted from December, as follows:
HKDHL:18%(from 1st December);
UPS:16.5%(from 1st November to 5th December), 17.5%(6th December);
FedEx:11.5%(from 1st November to 5th December),12.5%(6th December);
MEEXP:13%.
