Hello!
Informed by Singapore DHL (SFC shipping code :SGDHL), the Russian customs do not accept Import Express in the name of individuals. The personal parcels will be returned to sender automatically after it arrived at customs. Kindly noted that the sender have to be responsible for the returning cost cause by above reasons.
