Notice for Rate adjustment regard to PayPal Payment

• From Nov 8 2010, Paypal will not allow send payment through their Masspay service. All payments will be collected transaction fee by 1.3% plus US$0.3. We will stop Masspay function in our system then.
  For example, if you deposit US$200, our system will deduct paypal fee of US$2.9 and put US$197.1 into your prepaid account. Please Note, we only accept USD and HKD only for paypal payment.
      
  Please be aware of all these above, and if there is any update, we will inform you timely.
