  Since the National Day is on the corner, SFC wishes you a happy holiday!

  Our departments arrangement during October 1st to 5th is as follows:

  1. Customer service department:

  1 October to 4 October, all on holiday.
  5 October, will arrange staff back to work.

  2. Financial department:

  1 October to 5 October, all on holiday.
  Kindly remind: Paypal and 99Bill online top up function will run normally.

  3. Shenzhen package processing center:

  1 October to 3 October, all on holiday.
  From 4 October, back to work as normal.

  4. Huaqiang north department, Longhua Minzhi department, Guangzhou/ Shanghai/ Yiwu/ Hangzhou/ Longgang branch:

  1 October to 4 October, all on holiday.
  5 October, back to work as normal.
