Notification for SGDHL online

• Dear Customer,
  
  We SFC will launch the Economy express service (SGDHL) which developed by SFC and Singapore DHL. This service is more cost-effective, faster, can accept built-in and contained battery, especially have the advantage for the parcel within 5KGS.
  
  1. Delivery scope:
  The United States, Australia and European countries.
  
  2. The weight limit:
  No weight limitation for single package, the maximum weight for one order shall not be more than 30KG.
  Maximum size limit: 450*130*140（CM）
  Overlong surcharge: if one package or more packages length is more than 120cm, will charge RMB300 per order.
  
  3. Tracking service:
  When the parcel arrived in Singapore, it can be tracked on the DHL website, and 4-7 workdays can be delivered.
  
  4. Value-added service and surcharge:
  1) The return and retransfer service:
  The parcel will be returned to Singapore warehouse without charges if returned caused by the incorrect address, customer should give processing advice within 5 days after receiving the notice. If you need resend or send to a new address, we will charge surcharge RMB80 per order. Also, customer should pay the difference between new and original address.
  2) Remote area surcharge:
  We will charge the higher one in RMB180 per order and RMB3/kg, should include the fuel surcharges.
  
  5. Electric products :
  When shipping a parcel containing electric goods, need strong rigid outer packaging, and without any logo.
  Please pay more attention :
  1) Please make sure the lithium battery individually wrapped in completely sealed inside the bag, such as bubble plastic or cardboard.
  2) Insulation and protection of lithium battery, in order to prevent exposure to short-circuit or to package may cause a short circuit conducting material.
  3) Please make sure the electrical built-in battery in transit without move.
