  Our departments arrangement is as follows:

  1.Shenzhen package processing center/Huaqiang north department/Longhua Minzhi department/Guangzhou branch:

  9th June, all on holiday.
  From 10th June, back to work as normal.

  2. Customer service department:

  9th June, all on holiday.
  10th June to 11st June, part customer service staff back to work as normal.
  From 12nd June, back to work as normal.

  3. Financial department:

  9th June to 11st June, all on holiday.
  From 12nd June, back to work as normal.

  Kindly remind: Please do not pay to our Paypal account, HSBC account and merchants bank account during holidays. Please top-up enough balance in advance. Paypal and 99Bill online top up function will run normally.

  4. Shanghai/Yiwu branch:
  
  9th June to 10th June, all on holiday. From 11st June can receive and operate parcels as normal.
