Notification for SGEXP online

• Dear customer,

  SFC have launched Singapore Special line (SGEXP) service which can accept built-in and contained battery, all-the-way tracking and delivery in 5-8 business days.

  1. Post road and the scope of delivery
  Package can be sent across Singapore, post road is as follows:
  Day 1: SFC received the goods then processed.
  Day 2: Transit to HK then arrange the flight, direct flight to changi airport of Singapore.
  Day 3: Arrive in Singapore then arrange clearance (3-4 hours flight time).
  Day 4: Start delivery.

  2. Weight and volume limit
  Weight limit: the parcel weight limit ≦ 10 kg;
  Volume limit: unlimited (Charged by the heavier one,compared the actual weight and volume weight, volume weight caculation formula: length x width x height cm / 5000).

  3. Declared value restrictions and tariffs
  Declared value less than 400SGD, no tariffs and the consumption tax.
  Declared value more than 400SGD, need to pay extra 7% consumption tax (GST) + customs charges 106 RMB/ticket.

  4. Value-added services and surcharge
  a.Can provide return service.
  Return to Singapore or abandon without charge, reserve in the local warehouse for 30 days.
  b.Change address: without charge.
  c.Remote surcharge: RMB 95 / ticket
  d.Can provide the proof of delivery (POD).
