Notification for USEXP new service to US online

• Dear customer:

  USEXP sent to the United States, now change to use USPS post service. It can deliver across the United States, charge only according to the actual weight and with low price and fast speed.

  The following is the features and the tips:

  1. Post road and the scope of delivery
  Each week 7 days both can arrange flights from Hong Kong to the CVG airport of United States, transit fast and delivery through the USPS  after customs clearance. Delivery across the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, virgin islands, Puerto Rico. But don't accept PO BOX address.

  2. Scan and delivery time
  The tracking number will update once we arrange out, one business later can be tracked on USPS website, support the all-the-way tracking.The overall delivery time 5-8 business days.

  3. The weight and volume limit
  Weight limit: weight should be less than 11.34 kg;
  Volume restrictions: length + 2 * (width + height) < 213 (Unit of length: cm) , no single side length limit.

  Note: only accept one order with one package. If length + 2 * (width + height) > 127 (Unit of length: cm) , need charge over long surcharge 10RMB per 0.45kg, less than 0.45kg charge by 0.45kg.

  4. Charge method
  Only charge according to the actual weight, no fuel surcharge.

  5. Declared value limit
  Sent to the same recipient on the same day, the total declare value shall not be more than 800USD.

  6. Tariffs
  If do not exceed the above declare limit, do not need to pay custom duty.

  7. The return service
   Can provide the return service, charge 10 RMB per order.
  We provide resend, send to other address, abandon in the local United States and return to China, the cost for return to China please consult customer service.

  8. Other notes:
  USEXP do not allow change address in transit, does not accept FBA parcels. Do not accept any item contain battery and other aviation contraband.

  9. Packaging requirements
  Packing should be in good condition, strength and without other irrelevant mark. Fragile item should paste fragile sign.
