Notification for new shipping service SFCQMDE/SFCQMDER online

• Dear customer,

   
  SFCQMDE/SFCQMDER will be launched tomorrow, this service is a special Germany express line which developed by SFC and Germany post, compared to other shipping service, it is more cost-effective, safer, faster clearance and trackable, also a better choice send to Germany.
   
  Please pay attention to the following notes:
   
  1. The weight limit
  The parcel weight limit 2kg, charged according to actual weight.
   
  2. Size limit
  Minimum size limit: must be able to paste the address label: 10 * 10.
  Maximum size limit: circumference (length + 2*width + 2*height) ≤90cm, the longest wide should less than 60cm.
   
  3. The item declare
  NO VAT when the declared value less than 22EUR, The declared value more than 22EUR, the VAT is 21% of declared value plus the freight.
   
  4. The return service
  Parcels will be returned to Netherlands if the address incorrect or recipient refused, customer can choose forward to new delivery address or abandon, forward charge: the original freight + RMB50/order, abandon charge: RMB20/kg + RMB5/order.
   
  5. Packaging requirements
  Should packed by the blank Courier bag or carton, outer package cannot have other post and express characters, the packing should in good condition and strong, not easy to damage.
