Notification for the latest requirement of HKDHL send to Amazon address

Dear customer,
Informed by carrier, HKDHL sent to amazon warehouse have the following requirements:
1. Sent to the United States Amazon warehouse: declare value less than 200 USD, the sender can choose whether do DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or not, declare value more than 200 USD must do DDP in advance.
2. Sent to other countries Amazon warehouse: no matter how much the declared value is, must do DDP in advance, do not accept no DDP even agree to take the consequences.
If do not operate accordingly and lead to the problems such as return, the sender should bear the return charges, duties and all extra costs. Whether parcel delivery or not, local customs shall have the right to replevy all the costs. If there is any duties, no matter 1 year or 2 years, DHL will reserve the right to recourse.
