Notification for CAEXP online

• Dear customer,

   
  We have launched a special service to Canada (CAEXP) which specialized development sent to Canada by resource integration, via Hong Kong direct flights to Toronto, Canada, delivery by local post after customs clearance completed.
   
  Please pay attention to the following instruction:
   
  1. Scope of delivery
  Delivery across the Canada, if the recipient not available, generally packages will hold in local post office for two weeks, the recipient can pick up from post office.
   
  2. The weight limit
  Package limit weight is 30kg and charged according to actual weight, only accept one order one parcel.
   
  3. Size limit
  The longest side cannot exceed 200cm, length + 2 * (width + height) cannot exceed 300cm.
   
  4. Duty related
  The package declared value less than 20CAD, no duty charge, declared value more than 20CAD, the duty shall be levied by the recipient according to the actual item description.(this service temporarily do not support DDP, once accept will inform)
   
  5. The tracking service
  a. Login SFC website, enter the order number or tracking number under parcel tracking.
  b. Login Canada post website www.canadapost.ca, choose "Reference number", input tracking number.
  c. The query valid time is three month, please put forward within three month after parcels sent out, otherwise the post office will not accept the query.
   
  6. Value-added services
  Parcels failed delivery as address unknown or error will return to Toronto warehouse, return fee is each package 38RMB, accept destroy, resend and return to our Hong Kong warehouse.

  Return to our Hong Kong warehouse: 73RMB per package, then can arrange return to Shenzhen, the charge is 50RMB/KG.
   
  7. Recipient address
  Accept P.O.Box as a delivery address.
   
  8. Battery products
  Don't accept any built-in battery or pure battery products.
