Notification for DHL add two extra charge

Dear customer,
From December 30th, 2015, DHL add following two extra charge:
1. Delivery to high-risk areas extra charge: charge standard is RMB 155 * (1 + month fuel)/order.
Countries need to impose this fee includes: Afghanistan, Burundi, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Niger, south Sudan, Syria and Yemen.
2. Delivery to restricted destination extra charge: RMB 230/order.
Countries need to impose this fee includes: Central African Republic, Cote d'Ivoire, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Liberia, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen.
Shipping mode: HKDHL1/HKDHL/DHLHKW
