Notification for HKDHL shipping new requirements and two charge standards adjustment

• Dear customer,

  Informed by Hong Kong DHL carrier, from December 28th, 2015, HKDHL remote area surcharge, overlong and overweight surcharge adjust as follows:

  1. Remote area surcharge: changed to RMB3.5 / KG * (1+ month fuel rates), the minimum charge 170 * (1 + month fuel rates) /order.

  2. Overlong and overweight surcharge: changed to RMB300 * (1+ month fuel rates) /order.

  From December 28th, 2015, HKDHL1 / HKDHL / DHLHKW do not accept the item which meet  any of the following point:

  1. In addition to the sender indicating, there are signs / text or other tips on the shipment or its packaging, the shipment can not be stacked if show clear guidelines (Do not stack / No Stack).

  2. Inappropriate packaging, fragile, without any packaging (bare package), hindering other shipments safe stacking.

  Please operate according to the requirements, or all costs and liabilities arising should be borne by the sender.
