Dear customer,
From 1 January 2016, RM1R/EUEXP1/EUEXP3 charging standards changed as follows:
When the parcel volume weight is 1.3 times greater than its actual weight, we need to charge according to the volume weight. Volume weight calculation formula: length (cm) * width(cm) * height(cm) / 6000.
