Notification for Aramex express MEEXP online

• Dear customer,

  Today we launch MEEXP service which cooperate with local express ARAMEX, can arrive to the Middle East, South Asia, ARAMEX has perfect logistics network in the Middle East. General delivery time 2-6 working days, aging fast, suitable for delivering high value items and fast delivery time required.

  Please pay attention to the following tips:

  1. Scope of delivery
  Twenty-five countries（Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Taiwan, bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Cyprus, Jordan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Egypt, Iran, the united Arab emirates, Israel, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Iraq）, Yemen suspend until further notice.

  2. Weight and size restrictions

  1) United Arab Emirates:

  Can accept more packages with one order, each package weight limit 200 kg.

  Single package weight within 100 kg, size limit 150x80x80 (cm).

  Single package weight from 100 kg to 200 kg, size limit 180x120x120 size limit (cm).

  2) Saudi Arabia:

  Can accept more packages with one order, each package weight limit 200 kg.

  Single package weight within 100 kg, size limit 100x60x60 (cm).

  Single package weight from 100 kg to 200 kg, size limit 180x120x120 size limit (cm).

  3) Other countries:
  Can accept more packages with one order, each packages weight limit 30 kg, size limit 60x60x60 (cm).

  3. Charging method
  According to the large one from actual weight and volume weight, Volume weight calculation formula: length * width * height CM / 5000.

  4. Return service
  Parcels failed delivery can return to SFC HK office, can pick up from HK, do not accept
  return to Shenzhen.

  5. Change the address
  Can accept change the address before reaching the destination countries, the carrier can try to change the address, the cost is 82 RMB/order, the sender should confirm this through email.

  6. Housing fees
  Wwhen arrange delivery maybe have housing fees 78 RMB/order.

  7. Remote surcharge
  Remote area will have remote surcharge,  3.3RMB/kg*(1+fuel)，The Minimum Charge 164RMB*(1+fuel).

  8. Destination for Iran must provide invoice and packing list, and the item produced in the United States or Siemens company cannot be sent to Iran.
