  Australia
  As advised by the postal administration of Australia, due to the impact of extreme weather, mail delivery services (including Speedpost, parcels and letter post items) to Sydney may be subject to delay.

  Due to the impact of strike action, mail delivery services to Greece may be subject to delay.

  Mail services to some countries return to normal:

  Some countries
  As advised by the postal administration,mail delivery services (including Speedpost service) to Uruguay, Montenegro (Rep. of) and Dominican Republic, and Speedpost delivery services to Angola, Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, Jordan, Kuwait, Macedonia, Mauritius, Nigeria, Senegal, and Turkmenistan that were previously affected transport workers’ strike action have returned to normal.

  Some parts of Europe
  As high winds heavily affected some parts of Europe, especially Germany, United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, for the sake of safety, airlines are already delaying flights in some parts of Europe, mail delivery services to some parts of Europe are subject to delay.

  Lisbon（Portugal）
  Due to some technical problems, airlines have cancelled services of Lisbon, mail delivery services to Lisbon are subject to delay.

  Costa Rica
  Due to problems with the customs system, the customs which makes a wrong decision to hold lots of packages, and now that the customs is trying its best to resolve the problem.

  Denver, Colorado（The United States）
  Due to storms, Denver, Colorado, the remote mountain areas and high altitude areas are all have encountered roadblocks, affecting the two cities's flights, mail delivery services to Denver and Colorado are subject to delay.

  Due to the terrorist attacks in Paris, mail delivery services to France are subject to delay.

  Finland
  As informed by the postal administration of Finland, strike action will be taken by the postal workers during 19th to 26th November, mail delivery services (including Speedpost service) to Finland may be subject to delay.

  Peru
  Due to the impact of strike action, mail delivery services to Peru are subject to delay.

  Greece
  Due to the impact of strike action, mail delivery services to Greece are subject to delay.

  Some countries
  Due to transport workers’ strike action, air mail delivery services (including letters, packets and parcels) to Uruguay, Montenegro (Rep. of) and Dominican Republic, and Speedpost delivery services to Angola, Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, Jordan, Kuwait, Macedonia, Mauritius, Nigeria, Senegal, and Turkmenistan may be subject to delay.
