Notification for HKDHL accept FBA orders to Amazon

Dear Customer,
HKDHL accept the FBA orders to Amazon with DDP(Delivered Duty Paid) service, or the packages would be returned from the destination country. Customer should create FBA orders in our system, we will calculate the DDP fees in accordance with the HS code provided.
In addition, when the declare value of a single package is higher than 2500USD, in addition to do DDP, also need provide valid IOR company as an agent for customs clearance. The information about IOR company which should contains company name, address, contact person and phone number must list on the invoice. or it also would be returned from the destination country.
Kindly remind: IOR means Importer of Record (customs). that is the importer which record at the customs.
