  Note:

  1. Weight limit: the Maximum weight shall not be more than 15KG.

  2. Maximum size limit: 61*46*46（CM）.

  3. VAT and Duty related:

  1) VAT
  The same sender send to the same recipient on the same day, total declared value less than 15GBP, there is no VAT and duties;
  The same sender send to the same recipient on the same day, total declared value more than 15GBP, charge VAT according 20%.

  2) Duty
  The same sender send to the same recipient on the same day, total declared value more than 135GBP, in addition to VAT, also need to charge duty. the details should associated with the customs policies and regulations.

  4. The return service

  Parcels failed delivery can return to UK office, we will inform customers once UK office feedback received the returns.(resend, abandon, return to China).

  5. Package requirement

  Packing should be in good condition, not easy damaged, in addition to address label on the outside of packaging, should not cover other irrelevant logo.
