Notification for EAEXP service online

• Dear customer,
   
  Our company has officially launched EAEXP service with Indian local carriers, it is a special line with Price Benefits and High Safety Factor for E-commerce sellers. The maximum weight up to 70 KG/ shipmen, the same customs clearance as express with fast speed (finish customs clearance event and transshipment once arrived at India), normally deliver after 5 to 8 days with tracking provided. 
   
  Please note the instructions:
   
  1. Weight limit
  The maximum weight shall not be more than 70KG.
  Charging mode: charged according to actual weight which less than 2kg, or choose the maximum value between actual weight and volume weight, volume weight = Length * width * Height（CM）/6000.
   
  2. Maximum size limit
  The longest side should not exceed 150cm, dimension ( Length + Width + Height) should not exceed 200cm.
   
  3. Customs clearance mode
  Same customs clearance as express with DDP service (Delivered Duty Paid), 5% of duty amount as handing fee.
   
  4. Product Description
  Need to declare truthfully to the Customs about product description, value and quantity, or would be charged penalty once found. India Customs has no restriction for duty standard, personal effects duty-fee; business order causes duty more or less. So far, our EAEXP service chooses Private declaration to avoid customs duty. Seller’s information such as website, company and so on are not allowed in address label. Or will cause duty when found by the customs, the duty amount will be subject to India bills issued by the customs.

  6. Other services
  Please offer the new correct information within 15 days for package which fails to deliver because of no one home or incorrect address. Otherwise, the package would be destroyed.
