Notification for DEAM2/DERAM2 and EUEXP1 do not accept packstation address

• Dear customer,

   

  Kindly remind, DEAM2/DERAM2 and EUEXP1 do not allow customer use packstation as the post address, packstation service is only suitable for package, only package have delivery service provided by express company, and the postman will only deal with letters and small parcels in Germany, including ordinary and registered mail, the postman have no right to delivery to the packstation address.

   

  If the customer send to Packstation address, will lead to mail cannot delivery successfully, and return to sender. So please provide a home or office address for delivery in case of return.
