Notification for surface mail suspend delivery to Russia

•  Dear customer,

  Russian Post has presented orally in July from September 1st does not receive surface mail, only receive registered mail, but has not issued the written document to the UPU（Universal Postal Union）, so all states postal office still receive surface mail temporary.

  Since Russia is always not by common sense out the card , not confirm whether they will continue to deal with the surface mail . For caution's sake, SFC will suspend all the surface mail send to Russia.
