Notification for mail sent to Germany and Japan will be delay

          Germany 
  
          Parts of Germany have been hit by severe weather again. In Baden-Wurttemberg several roads were closed due to flooding. In Brandenburg numerous storm damages were notified, such as fallen trees and flooding caused by heavy rain. Road and building damage was also reported in Saxony (Chemnitz). Air traffic in Berlin was affected due to the weather. Ground handling at Tegel airport and Schönefeld airport was temporarily suspended. Several landings were delayed, five flights have been redirected, three domestic flights were canceled, and numerous take-offs were seriously delayed. Please be prepared for delays in mail processing and delivery in the affected areas.
  
           Japan
  
           The severe typhoon "Neoguri" caused heavy rainfall in the South of Japan. Authorities declared the highest alert phase and warned of landslides and flooding. At the same time the country's North was hit by an earthquake of magnitude 5,8 on Japan's northernmost main island of Hokkaido. All flights from and to Okinawa have been canceled. Also ferry traffic and bus service had to be stopped, highways were closed. The storm is expected to reach the southwestern island of Kyushu on Thursday.
