          Around 6,000 people in the south of Brazil have fled from floodings caused by torrential rain. In total, more than 80 communities in the states of Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina were affected, the civil defense said on Saturday. A state of emergency has been declared for three municipalities. Please be prepared for delays in mail processing and delivery in the affected areas.
  
   
         Paraguay
  
   
         300,000 people in Paraguay, 50,000 in Brazil and 12,000 in Argentina have fled from floodings caused by torrential rain. Large areas are still under water. The authorities of the three countries have formed a crisis team and warn of more severe precipitation. The level of the river Rio Paraguay has risen to over 7,10 meter in the port of Paraguay’s capital of Asunción. Please be prepared for delays in mail processing and delivery in the affected areas.

         The Italian government (Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport) has announced the following aviation related strikes, please be prepared for possible flight delays and flight cancellations.
