We are reaffirm that packages packing by the dimension less than 32 cm * 40 cm plastic bag via AUEXP, only charged by actual weight, however, if packing by carton will be charged by volume weight, in addition, please ensure the plastic bags used without any logo of international express company( such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX etc).
