Notification for fill in order information requirements via CNAM/CNRAM

• Dear customer,

  Advised by China Post, all the package send to Russia must to fill the following requirements via CNAM/CNRAM, otherwise, the shipment will be delay custom clearance or be detained in 2-3 months and return to consignor.

  1. Must fill in the consignee address in english, note the column of city and state can not fill in RUSSIA.

  2. The consignee phone number only use digital number, you can not fill in if you really havent, but can not use "zero" instead.

  3. Must be fill the specific item description and true value.
