Notification for HKFEDEX adn HKSFEDEX shipping restrictions

• Dear customers,

  Informed by HongKong Fedex, the following shipping restrictions take effect from now on:

  1. Parcels sent to the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada home delivery needs a residential delivery surcharge of 30RMB per order, charge within three months effective.

  2. Invoice declared value more than or equal to 120USD need to charge 25RMB per order, if declared value more than 5897USD need to charge customs clearance fee of RMB "(declared value - 5897) / 5897 * 0.25 + 25".

  3. Do not have service to Ceuta/MELILLA of Spain.

  4. Parcels send to Cambodia declare value should less than 300USD, otherwise it will be returned to sender and the sender should bear all the costs.

  5. Parcels send to EU countries must provide EORI code, If unable to provide this number, all the responsibilities caused by this (such as return) shall be borne by the sender.

  6. Textiles send to USA, description format must be declared in the following format: 100% COTTON WOVEN LADIES 't-shirts.
