  According to the notice of China Post, all the mail sent to Russia need to be filled recipient name in detail, according to Russian legislation, Russia postal cannot delivery the package without recipient full name (Including the first and last name).

  Please check whether the recipient's name is in accordance with the rules of western names, it should have at least two words of the full name, such as Alexei-Maxi hachamovitch- Walsh he, just write Walsh he will not be able to deliver.
