Click here for our Fees Structure. There is no hidden fee. Regarding the Monthly Plan Fee, you may use the Monthly Plan Fee Calculator. Just select your combination of Storage Space, number of SKUs and number of Plan-Items from the drop-down boxes. We have a flexible Monthly Plan which you can upgrade/downgrade (the next month) according to your needs or usage. For example, you can start with a small plan and upgrade it as your business grows or downgrade it during low-season.
The default or smallest Monthly Plan is 235 yuan which allows you to have 0.5 cubic meters of storage space + 10 unique products + 100 pick-and-packs. This is the most popular option for new businesses or those who want to try our service.
Shipping Service:
We do not provide written quotation or spreadsheet of shipping fees. We encourage users to use our Shipping Calculator. Just select the destination country, input the weight (in kg) and dimensions (in cm) of the package. The page will refresh and list out all the available carriers, their fees and estimated delivery time-frames.
We cannot provide written quotation due to following reasons:
1. We are unable to give a validity period for such quotation. The carrier's rate may fluctuate and SFC will have to adjust accordingly. It will not be fair if a user wants us to honor an obsolete quotation. It is better to use our Shipping Calculator for real-time rates.
2. We do not accept one-time shipment. We expect regular shipments and most likely every package has different weight, dimensions and destination country. There are just too many possible combinations and the quotation will become very complex.
3. A written quotation has caused misunderstandings in the past. For example, we may quote a shipping fee for "0.5 kg, 10 x 10 x 10 cm", but the actual package may not be that exact weight or dimensions! Some users fail to understand that we bill according to the actual situation and not based on a previous quote.
