Notification on changesof address label of SFCQMDER(Quick Mail to Germany by SFC)

• Dear Value customers:

  Hello!

  Informed by carrier, there are changes on shipping label of Quick Mail to Germany. (SFC code, SFCQMDER).

  1. The address generally contains four special characters of ä, ö, ü, and ß In Germany, Please change according to the rule of ä=ae，ö=oe，ü=ue，ß=ss instead of changing to a 、o、u or b when you input address.

  2. Please input German street address in the form of "Str", "Straße", or "Strasse", which can be recognized by SFC system.

  Please kindly note the changes and fill in address in accordance with the above requirements in case of returns caused by incorrect address formats.
