Notification for HKDHL several charge standard adjustment

• Dear customer,

  From December 30th, 2013, HKDHL will implement new rules on long and heavy goods, as well as add two new surcharges:

  A. HKDHL charge long and heavy surcharge accordance to the following criteria:

  Single piece length more than 120CM or weigh more than 70KG, the surcharge is 200* (1 + fuel rate) RMB/ ticket.

  B. HKDHL charge the special handling as to the following situation:

  1) In addition to the shipper special instructions, there are marks or words on the carton.

  2) The outer packing can not afford to stack other goods, Card board goods affect the normal stack of other goods.

  Goods have two situation at the same time, only charge one time: 200 * (1 + fuel rate) RMB/ticket.

  C. HKDHL, add an address change surcharge, per ticket is 80 RMB (no need to add fuel surcharge), address change surcharge applicable to based on the following factors which cannot delivery:

  1) The sender give false or incomplete recipient address (such as the recipient post code, city, country, address, etc.).

  2) The recipient has been removed from the label address or the address noted on the waybill (such as the recipient has been moved, or the recipient have checked out when delivery).

  3) The recipient has left the company labeling or waybill company, and the company refused to sign for it.

  Please provide the complete and accurate addressee information when arrange the shipping, in order to avoid additional costs or even influence the destination customs clearance, all responsibilities and costs shall be borne by the sender result from the recipient address information incomplete.
